How Do I Order?
Simply use the 'Buy Now' or 'Add To Cart' button and go through the PayPal process to order any of our digital products quickly and easily.

What Happens After I Place An Order With Your eStore?
After you complete your purchase, you will be emailed a direct download link for your product(s) within 24 to 72 hours after your purchase straight from me.

How Do You Deliver Your Digital Products?
I email you a direct download link to the PayPal email address you used to pay as I only deal in digital products through my eCrater eStore.

What Happens If I Don't Receive My Product?
If in the event you don't receive your direct download link from me within the alloted time frame (24 to 72 hours after purchase), you should use the 'Contact' link found in the bottom right hand corner of any page inside my eStore and let me know about it. I will then resend your direct download link and be in direct communication with you via email until you receive your product successfully from me. It is also a good idea to check your 'Bulk' folder inside your email account as sometimes the emails I send may get routed there instead of inside your regular 'Inbox'.

Will You Mail Me A Physical Product After I Place My Order?
No. Everything I sell inside my eStore is a DIGITAL PRODUCT and can be downloaded. So every product will be sent to you via email by providing you with a direct download link.

Do You Offer Refunds If I Am Not Satisfied With My Purchase?
In some cases YES. It depends. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchased product(s), please email me directly and we can discuss the matter of refunding either part of your purchase or a full refund of your purchased price.

Do You Offer Any Other Method Of Payment Besides PayPal?
At this time, NO. PayPal is a trusted digital payment leader and the preferred method of digital payments by millions of Internet users. This is also my preferred method of accepting payments and protects both the seller and the buyer.
